Tracey Batty

Talent Manager - Law Firms

Tracey is passionate about Recruitment, Training and Information services. Inspired in 2007, Tracey founded Pure in 2009 to provide a human solution to the Law Firm industry. She led the company through the financial crisis by proactively partnering with Clients, Candidates and Participants and diversifying Pure’s portfolio and continues to lead the business today. Trained by the icons and having worked in the Recruitment and Training industry for 20 years, Tracey has observed the best and worst of the industry, and takes risks, by sharing things how they really are. She feels that profit is important for any business owner or shareholders, but profit must not come at the expense of integrity and impeccable ethics. Tracey studied Accounting and Law, has lived in Hong Kong for over fifteen years and created Pure: a holistic and efficient Recruitment and Training business with a social conscience.


Sheryl Satsangi

Senior Consultant - Law Firms

Sheryl is a Senior Consultant specializing in the Legal division. Her specialisation is Paralegals, Company Secretaries and Lawyers. Sheryl is a technical expert and possesses sound experience working within the legal industry. She is a university graduate and has 8 years working experience in agency as well as in-house.  Professional, responsible and reliable are the attributes that make her successful and beloved by her clients. She is very keen to deliver high quality service level and cater to her clients' needs. In her leisure time, Sheryl enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading and cooking.

We had a real problem with call reluctance and 'shyness' within our sales team. Left untouched for a few months, our team became debilitated and would not call unless pushed and when they did call, the calls were cold, quick and uninspiring. I engaged Pure's Training Academy and had my staff enjoy three afternoon sessions over two weeks. Not to give everything away, but the training involved had my team cold calling using banana's as phones, wearing wigs, wacky role plays as well as some exquisite introspection techniques.
