This approach is exclusive and the most focused and effective solution as it enables us to map the market and assess suitable candidates prior to presenting a detailed candidate shortlist.
The process is that you engage us and we take a thorough and detailed job brief, we create a professional job description (if our clients do not have them) and mandate deliverables and timelines. There are generally three stages to the process.

For clients not wanting to pursue the exclusive Executive Search method, we offer a contingent recruitment method.
This means we accept your job vacancy and source superior senior level candidates for you (because we know them). We work in the full knowledge that we may be working in competition with other agencies, but frankly speaking, because we are market leaders in our verticals, we don’t mind this.
